1. The idea is to have a square 2400 sq. ft. plot for 20 individual cottages, having exit point from all 4 sides, in the centre. Same applies to Meditation / Aerobic / Yoga hall.

2. From the ground level the entire structure i.e. cottages etc. should have an elevation of 5-8'. Stairs having height of 3/4 feet and on the stair case a plain surface to move wheel chair to be provided.

3. Each cottage to have 2 beds, 2 fans, 4 C.F.L lamps, 2 bed lights, speakers with ear phones, 4 windows, a small writing table with 2 chairs and a coffee table.

4. A well ventilated kitchen, dining hall attached to kitchen, bore well for water needs, drinking water facility with filtration plant, Rain water harvesting system, sewerage and drainage system.

5. Office, Rest Room for social service, workers with lockers on first floor, Fountains, land scaping around cottages, with plants, Special attention to Meditation Hall for jungle like atmosphere, Cottages to be made from natural material with good insulation from cold, heat, rain, earthquake etc. Electricity from windmill of 1 MW capacity. Entire layout and plans to be designed by keeping in mind age of the people.

6. Specialist in individual fields are requested to give suggestions with complete details cause the project has to be completed before 2006.
